Made from mixed tree trimmings, it has varied chip sizes, natural colours and an intentionally rustic appearance. It helps cover bare soil, reduce moisture loss and limit weed growth around established planting.

Spread it around mature trees, shelter belts, large beds and less formal parts of the garden. Apply an even layer over prepared soil and keep it clear of trunks and plant stems to avoid holding moisture directly against them. Top it up as it settles and naturally breaks down.
